Occupational Therapy Intervention

A plan of therapy will be decided with the family based on the results of the initial evaluation. To meet specific needs, a variety of approaches are available:
•  Direct treatment with the child, individually or in groups weekly

• Home and school visits as needed
• Individual consultation to create plans for the home setting available as needed  

• Intensive treatment during school breaks/vacations
• Adaptive Equipment/Materials recommendations

• Family/Client Training for home program

• Self-Care Training

• Sensory Integration Theory

• Therapeutic Activities to strengthen areas of need/deficit
• Therapeutic Exercises
